The Political Point of the Day

Today's selection comes from Robert F. Kennedy.  I received a great response a couple of days ago with the Cesar Chavez entry and the photo of him with Kennedy.  So I wanted to post this from RFK:
It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring those ripples build a current which can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.
Bobby is my political idol.  Almost every single speech of his I read or see an old video of moves me.  If an assassin's bullet did not strike him down that terrible day in June 1968 this country would look a hell of a lot different.  RIP RFK.
