I, Adam, Caused This Recession, And I'm Going To Get Us Out Of It. Weekly Update

It brings me great sadness to share with all of you that this week's economic news isn't as rosy as last week.  Here is the chart to help explain the past five day's worth of stock market activity.  I purchased a few items.  I even went out to eat more often than I usually do.  I accompanied friends of mine to purchase items from various establishments.  And I bought flowers for my girlfriend from a person selling them in a bar (how did this person think that was a good idea?).  Yet, the graph tells the story.

I let you all down again.  It got so bad that Chrysler had to close hundreds of dealerships.  That can't be good.  Though, would that have  more to do with Chrysler's inability to build quality and affordable vehicles to the American public?

Be that as it may, Monday starts another week.  Last week I made a call for more people to participate in this exercise of consumer capitalism.  Let's get more people out there buying items.  We can't be dissuaded from our goal of economic recovery by a single bad week, can we?  Come on, pick your head up and let's show the world what Capitalism can do!

Although I'm beginning to think that the economy has more to to do with other factors than the buying and selling of commodities.  Nah; besides, if that were the case, the Republicans couldn't instill fear in ignorant Americans.  Forget I said anything.
